Client: Dilly Dally
In 2016 my youtube algorithm treated me well by autoplaying a KEXP live session of a band called Dilly Dally. After watching just about every video I could find of them, I found out they were playing in Basel of all places. I bought the tickets immediately and decided to make a illustration poster of their music video for their song “Desire” to give them. They loved it. I saw them two more times during that tour.
A couple of years later, that little fan moment came full circle when their management got in touch and asked me to design the tour shirt for their album, "Heaven." Some opportunities are carefully planned. This one started with me procrastinating on YouTube.
